Waris qualified from Liverpool University in 1992 where he completed his Vocational Training year. In addition to general dental practice he has worked as a senior house officer in Oral and maxillo-facial surgery at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. He has obtained his Canadian Dental Licence by written and practical examinations allowing him to practice in all of the Canadian provinces.
He has undertaken an extensive Diploma in Restorative Dentistry course with the Royal College of surgeons over a period of 18 months. He has undertaken further study to provide IV sedation for nervous patients where required. Waris is passionate about cosmetic dentistry; certified to provide Invisalign, Inman Aligner braces, anti-wrinkle treatment and facial fillers.
He has restored many implants to date and is currently undertaking further study in the placement of dental implants. He is dedicated to continuous postgraduate education and providing ethical preventively focused dentistry that is evidence based.

Your bespoke dental examination includes a comprehensive dental exam which will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit.
The Jaw Joint(TMJ), Lymph node and Muscles examination: Check the jaw joint, neck and facial muscles for any abnormalities.
Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
Examination of tooth decay: All tooth surfaces will be checked for decay with special dental instruments.
