Our dental crown treatment is designed to protect teeth affected by damage, infection or decay while restoring their appearance and function. A carefully prepared tooth is fitted with a custom-made crown using a suitable material, including tooth-coloured ceramic, porcelain bonded to metal or gold. The process involves assessment, preparation and precise fitting.
We provide tooth extraction when a tooth is diseased, infected or loose and can no longer function properly. Treatment is generally completed in one appointment using local anaesthetic, without drilling. Removing the affected tooth helps eliminate infection and protect your oral and general health. As healing begins, discomfort and painful symptoms typically subside.
We provide root canal treatment to repair severe dental infections caused by decay or trauma while helping to preserve the natural tooth. Local anaesthetic is used as infected tissue is carefully removed, and the canals are cleaned and sealed. Treatment usually takes two to three appointments. This approach can relieve symptoms, prevent further damage and avoid extraction.
Teeth whitening offers a professional way to lighten tooth colour and improve the appearance of your smile. Our treatment is intended to lift common stains, including those associated with tea, coffee, smoking and alcohol, and may help create a more youthful-looking smile. With day and night tray options available, whitening can be arranged around your lifestyle.
Our porcelain dental veneers provide a cosmetic solution for improving the appearance of your smile. These thin, custom-made coverings are placed over the front of teeth to address concerns such as staining, chips, cracks and small gaps. They offer a natural-looking finish, with strength and stain resistance. Treatment is tailored to your smile goals and suitable treatment needs.
We offer several dental implant solutions to address missing teeth, including single dental implants and full-arch treatments supported by four or six implants. Following an initial consultation, we assess the jaw, teeth and gums using clinical imaging before carefully placing the implant under local anaesthetic. After healing, a bespoke crown is securely fitted to restore appearance and function.
We provide Invisalign treatment for crowded teeth, gaps, open bites, underbites, overbites and crossbites. Treatment options are available for mild, moderate and more complex alignment concerns, including Invisalign Express, Lite, Moderate and Teen. I am now happy to adjust my original rating of 1 as the practice manager reached out to me following my original review below - Many thanks.
The dentist Dr Sara charged me for half an hour but only gave me 15 minutes treatment - highway robbery ! (I suspect it was because the previous time I opted for the cheaper 65 treatment on offer on their website when she was trying to persuade me to opt for the higher priced option which I refused). Not value for money !

Ive always had anxiety about visiting the dentist. I saw Dr Rahul Bhayani. He was gentle, patient, and understanding. I have a fear of needles, as well as a joint disorder. Dr Bhayani and his assistant checked on me asking if I was ok and if needed they would stop for a minute or so because of my TMJ.

I've been coming to this dentist for nearly 30 years. In all that time, they have been reliable, professional and supportive. Angela, the receptionist, is really friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommend hanwell dental centre. For over a decade Dr Patel has been incredible for my dental care, always very accommodating and supportive. Their new location is lovely and spacious and so close to the station which is ideal. I currently now live out of borough but will make the journey back as their service is at such high quality.

Exceptional and professional service from Dr Hina Lakhan, on my first and second visit I felt very comfortable with her as took care of my teeth's. Dr Lakhan explains procedure very clear and advices solutions to the problem as well as treatment and follow up. You can tell she loves what she does as its delivered with care and passion. Registration was very straight forward, the staff at reception are lovely and welcoming, and dental practice is very clean, so far its been an good experience
