Wonderful experience at Perfect Smile Reading. My son Logan was very nervous about his extraction, but the dentist completely understood his anxiety from the very beginning. We attended today for my daughters treatment under sedation, as she suffers from extreme anxiety in medical and dental settings. We were warmly welcomed by Linda, who immediately noticed how upset and nervous she was. She was incredibly kind and compassionate, and took the extra step to inform the rest of the team in advance.
Everything went smoothly, with all staff making a real effort to keep her as comfortable and at ease as possible. Linda also came to check on her during recovery, which we really appreciated.
We cant thank the team enough for their care and understanding. Thank you.

My very anxious Daughter had two teeth extracted today. At one point it looked like the anxiety was going to take over and we were going to leave without having the procedure. I have been going to this dentist for about 12 years I didnt know I could write a review on here Linda the receptionist has been there all this time . One day I went I was not feeling right when I arrived I couldnt park the car I went in and said I dont feel right my dentist parked my car and the Doctor on that day came and saw me a ambulance was called I think we all thought I was having a stroke luckily it was Bells palsey I Have never fully recovered and they look after me so well they even got me a referral to JR Hospital Bells Palsey clinic which I still attend . So better late than never than ever this dentist is the best Linda.

I was referred to Perfect Smile by my NHS dentist, after an attempted and failed procedure. I was terrified because the anaesthetic and nerve blocks hadn't worked. I found all the staff I met at Perfect Smile very reassuring and understanding.
As for the procedure itself, I had sedation via a cannula and the next thing I knew, I was being woken up and told it was all done! It's exactly what I wanted and asked for and I am so grateful. I will definitely be returning as and when I need further significant treatment.

My son had his second experience with Perfect Smile today , second teeth extraction , both fast, amazing, without problems. He is quite anxious when it comes to dental treatments but everyone at this clinic is so professional and kind that my son forgets about the fear and anxiety. Had a very pleasant time from start to finish. Caroline , Linda was exceptional. Nurse Fiona was extraordinary looking after me throughout the surgery. Gerrit the dentist done exceptionally well with what he had to deal with and has made me smile with confidence.. Jocelyn in recovery was extraordinary with me making sure I was comfortable all time throughout recovery. The whole team was a pleasure to meet. From receptionist to staff behind the scenes all incredible and thank you.

I had got myself so anxious nervous amd worked up, my daughter came to support me.
From 1st moment in this dental practice I felt so relieved everyone so so lovely caring and empathetic bless them.
From the minute I got in the sedation room I felt so relaxed due to the lovely staff. Pls pass on my kind thanks to everyone and last person I saw in recovery maggie. Would definitely definitely recommend.

I really am not a fan of the dentist and have such alot of worrys about it, i was made to feel at such ease with Jucelin, she has suCh a kind warm energy and put me at such ease and held my hand through it, thanks so much. . Doctor shiv was amazing, a caring kind nature with humuor, which helps when you are nervous (hope you have a good birthday)

Had 2 crowns fitted under sedation, as I am an extremely nervous patient when visiting the dentist. They were kind, professional, patient and very friendly. This extended to the staff as well. I was particularly impressed with how I was treated without judgement or made to feel unimportant or silly. Brilliant service from all at this practice!

I absolutely hate the dentist after a bad experience years agoonly going when Im in agony! I was referred for sedation for a tooth extraction in slough first, when I went there I knew I couldnt get treatment there due to the dentist / how he was (Im a very nervous patient), I was then referred to Perfect smile instead. I cannot recommend this place enough, from the moment I spoke to the receptionist I had good vibes, I came today very very anxious, the dentist I saw (Asim) was absolutely incredible, I was sedated for a tooth extraction and filling, he put me at ease, explained what would happen, I felt like I was in and out within minutes. I would 100% recommend this place, all the staff I met today were amazing and caring.
To him it was just removing a tooth, however for someone who is absolutely terrified of dental treatment its much more than that, hes given me abit of faith that not all dentists / treatments are terrifying

I was incredibly anxious, shaking and all sorts and dreading the appointment for weeks, but I needn't have worried at all. The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The receptionist, Linda, was amazing. She checked on me multiple times knowing what a nervous wreck I was and constantly reassured me and made feel more relaxed. When my appointment began I let the dentist, Asim, know how scared I was and he also was nice and understanding. The anaesthetist was very friendly and funny, also calmed my nerves. The procedure I don't even remember but when I woke up I was looked after by a woman who gave after care advice and I left very happy and completely gobsmacked at what an amazing experience it was. Came here today after having numerous extractions, fillings and dentures fitted the other day to have a review. Dr Asim makes you feel warm and welcome, always has a chat with you and makes you feel at ease. The reception team are very warm and friendly. So happy with my experience here! Would definitely recommend this dentist to any nervous patients!

Been meaning to write this review for a while but kept forgetting! Such a lovely dentist and experience from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the dentist himself took time to explain to me every step and talk me through everything. Although I'm anxious I did not require sedation on this occasion and that was mostly because they were so kind and lovely. Definitely advise usinf them even if you're only a little anxious as the staffs demeanour is totally different to anywhere else I've ever gone and just so lovely and calming.

I am very anxious about anything teeth related and have found this clinic when it was still under Reading Dental Sedation Clinic banner when my wisdom tooth has started cause issues. The staff was wonderful and prepared for people like me. Dr Snyman was very understanding and gentle and has performed extraction perfectly.
Year later I came back for a check-up and was totally petrified. The ladies from the reception were utmost understanding and calming. Dr as always examined very carefully and without discomfort. The team is just wonderful. I have been convinced to sign up to hygenist and experience was as pleasant as possible and professionally performed. I have received guidance how to keep hygene on higher level.
The team is on top level, excellent and very, very understanding with anxious patients. I will never go anywhere else and would highly recommend and prasie all their work.

I have been coming to this practice for years. It has always prided itself on being a relaxing and stress free place for the dredded visit to the dentist. Reception is always friendly and Dr Bhatti is awesome. But equally all the staff are fantastic and are a credit to the profession. Thank you for looking after me all these years.
