We operate Perfect Smile Acton as a complete dental care practice serving patients with NHS and private treatment at 64a Horn Lane, W3 6NP. Our opening hours are 8:30 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday, giving patients access to routine and specialist dental services throughout the working week. The practice offers examinations, emergency dentistry, preventative care and treatments designed to restore or improve the appearance and function of teeth. Our services include Invisalign, implants, hygienist appointments, composite fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, veneers, extractions and whitening. New and existing patient examinations cost 75 before X-rays, and emergency appointments start from 75. Finance plans, including interest-free options, are also available, together with selected free consultations.
We are also a sedation referral centre, supporting nervous patients through professionally administered dental sedation. Referrals from external dental practices are welcome, with conscious IV sedation available for adults and inhalation Gas & Air available for children. Invisalign

Our Invisalign treatment uses clear aligners to address crowded or uneven teeth discreetly. Patients can book an Invisalign consultation for 25, after which treatment can be provided through Lite from 2,450, Moderate from 3,450 or Comprehensive from 4,250. The required level is determined by how much movement the teeth need. We generally complete a consultation and scan before finalising the treatment plan.
Dental Implants

We provide Dental Implants for patients considering implant treatment, with Suneil Amin (GDC 177837), an Implantologist holding a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, leading surgical and implant cases. A single implant, including the crown, starts from 3,100. The initial consultation costs 25, while a CT scan is available from 190 where required.
Cosmetic Dentistry

I have been a patient here for many years. I had a dental phobia but Jyotika Ooka my dentist took me under her wing. She went very slowly and we have built my confidence. Initially needing sedation for a clean and polish, now I go regularly and feel comfortable enough to have minimal sedation. I cannot praise Jyotika enough alongside the dental nurses and admin staff who are very professional and helpful.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Practice is clean and modern, receptionists are super nice and efficient (can book you in via WhatsApp) and most importantly Dr Patel did a stellar job, evidently using the latest techniques and instruments - I felt no pain at all during my many visits, even fell asleep once (!). He is also brilliant with kids. Five stars!

Karthik is a a wonderful dentist. Had to take out 3 and I mean 3 teeth out same time. I had been dreading out for the procedure. The whole procedure passed away without me noticing it. Did not even feel an injection pain.
