At Middlewich Street Dental Practice, we provide private dentistry and cosmetic dental care for patients throughout Crewe and Cheshire, with services designed for individuals and families alike. Services
We provide Invisalign clear aligner therapy as a discreet alternative to traditional metal braces. Custom-made, removable aligners gently move the teeth while allowing normal eating, drinking and oral hygiene. Using advanced 3D software, we plan treatment precisely and create aligners tailored to each patient. The approach also supports comfort, predictable results and long-term periodontal health. 
We provide professional teeth whitening using safe, clinically proven systems designed to lighten the natural shade of teeth and remove stubborn stains without damaging tooth structure. Our premium Boutique Whitening By Day and By Night kits use specialised peroxide gels to address deeper discolouration. Teeth can darken naturally with age, as well as through foods, drinks and smoking. 
We provide bespoke porcelain and composite veneers to improve the shade, shape, position or size of teeth and reduce gaps. Traditional porcelain veneers may require tooth preparation, while no-preparation options can sometimes be used. Composite veneers are generally completed directly by the dentist, often during a single visit, providing a carefully polished finish. 
We provide permanent dental implants to replace missing teeth or loose dentures with a natural-looking, stable solution. Our implant treatment uses titanium implants that fuse with the jawbone, supporting custom porcelain crowns while helping preserve bone and protect surrounding teeth. Treatment is carefully planned through digital assessment and tailored to each patients needs. 
We provide bespoke dental bridges to replace one or two missing teeth, restoring function and appearance with a secure, fixed solution. Our options include all-ceramic, all-porcelain, porcelain fused to metal and metal bridges. For suitable patients, bonded bridges offer a more conservative alternative by attaching the replacement tooth without crowning adjacent teeth.
We provide custom-made dentures designed to restore confidence and chewing ability while achieving a natural-looking appearance. Our options include full and partial acrylic dentures, chrome cobalt dentures and flexible dentures, each tailored to individual needs. We focus on comfort, secure fit and discreet results, using quality materials and leading UK dental laboratories.
We provide advanced root canal treatment to save natural teeth affected by deep infection or inflammation. Using modern techniques and local anaesthetic, we carefully clean, disinfect and seal the canals before restoring the tooth with a filling or bespoke crown. With appropriate oral hygiene and regular care, a treated tooth can function normally for life.

Long time patient, but first visit to a hygienist. Was a tad nervous as to what to expect, but I needn't have been. Emma was lovely! So pleasant and easy to talk to, and put me at ease straight away. The work wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it might be, and I even came away with a relatively good bill of dental health - aside form the fact I need to floss more :D All in all a good experience, and a great practice.

I would like to recognise Nicole, the wonderful receptionist at Middlewich Street Dental, for the exceptional care, compassion, and customer service she provides.
I wasnt there as a patient myself, but as a chaperone for a friend who was receiving treatment, and I was genuinely impressed by the way Nicole interacted with everyone. Whether she was speaking to people at reception or on the phone, her manner was warm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Her telephone manner was outstanding friendly, patient, and caring, making every caller feel valued, listened to, and supported.
Nicole took the time to listen to clients, made people feel comfortable, and showed genuine interest in their concerns. Her customer care is second to none, and it is clear that she truly cares about the people she helps. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and at ease.
The kindness, patience, and compassion she showed throughout my visit were remarkable. She made conversation with clients, treated everyone with respect, and created such a positive atmosphere within the practice. Ive just recently had 2 fillings and seen the hygienist today too. Ill be honest I have negated to keep my teeth in check over the years. But after being seen and had the work done its been weight lifting. The team are great and reassuring me with every step keeping me relaxed while having these procedures done. I have my confidence back and have signed up to the plan to continue with my regular check ups now thats something to smile about. So a big thanks to all at Middlewhich dental clinic.

Great explaination of what was going to happen and what to expect. Love the photos of before and after of the filling.
Dental nurse very efficient and friendly. Mr Khan very passionate about his job and it shows. However, after leaving the practice I had to remove a piece of the plastic which was still embeded between my gum and tooth.

All staff are welcoming, poliet, professional, kind, reassuring, understanding, supportive, treat each person as an individual, provide person centred care for my family and me.
The environment is clean, tidy, light and comfortable.
Prices are affordable for treatments and I would recommend the pay monthly dental plan.

Excellent service.
Very welcoming staff on reception. They are helpful, listen to any questions or concerns and they always smile!
My experience in the surgery has also been a positive one.
Dentists and dental nurses etc are all very friendly, giving a full explanation of any treatment you may require.
They are also very good at listening to any questions or concerns you may have and do their best to explain in a way you can understand the need for a particular treatment.
I would recommend this practise to anyone.
