Very poor service. Had Invisalign, was told I could finish my aligners early so I did that. Following on from this I had intense jaw pain which negatively impacted my quality of life. I had to restart treatment, paying for the end of treatment aligners again despite this being not my fault. I had also moved away at this time, and had to attend at least 6/7 appointments. Paying for the aligners again and paying for trains led to incredible cost at my expense, Dentist@6 were unwilling to help with this, offering a minor discount on the aligners at the end.
I also travelled 3 hours for an appointment, my orthodontist was not present so I travelled home again. Again, Dentist@6 did not offer any reimbursement. I would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs, go elsewhere. The reception staff are extremely polite and helpful, but this cannot make up for what I encountered.

Have to pay a little more than NHS but its worth every penny. Theyve treated me so good since I joined & made me feel much better about my teeth. Theyre also the nicest people and really calming if youve got bad anxiety like me

I'm incredibly pleased with my experience at Dentist@6. Despite my nervousness and fear when in the dentist's chair, the team has always been incredibly helpful and understanding. Even when unexpected pain arose, Dr. Vish promptly accommodated me.
